At Fenris Workshop, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship to the Workshop
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
